Ledger joins w3.hub as an official house partner
From the early days of the w3.hub in 2023, through hackathons and headline events, to a sleek pop-up store, there was one brand that kept showing up, not from the sidelines, but right at the heart of it all.

But this isn’t a story about brands. It’s a story about people who share values, vision, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create truly meaningful experiences.

From our very first w3.pizza to the Solana Build Station, June was there - again and again. Not because she had to be, but because she cared.
In June’s own words: ”For me, the IRL community in Berlin has been the biggest blessing, we have truly outstanding humans in our ecosystem, many who have become dear friends of mine.”

Some Highlights feat. Ledger
With Romy by her side, she quietly helped shape some of the most special moments we’ve shared at the w3.hub.
Based Berlin Hackathon (May 2024):
Together with Coinbase and Base, Ledger supported our first ever Based Berlin Hackathon. More than 100 builders came together to ship ideas, get feedback, and collaborate in real time.

Ledger Anniversary Party (November 2024)
In November, Ledger celebrated its 10th anniversary with a special event at w3.hub. The evening brought developers, creators, and the local community together and started with a hands-on workshop before ending with music, shared stories, and a full house.

Ledger Pop-Up Store (June 2025)
During the recent Berlin Blockchain Week, Ledger took over the second floor of the w3.hub for four days and opened a dedicated pop-up store.

Visitors were able to personalise their ledger on the spot - choose a picture, watch it being engraved and go home with something truly personal.

After all these moments, this step feels less like a beginning and more like a natural next chapter. We’re proud to officially announce our house partnership with Ledger.

For those who may not be familiar: Ledger is the global leader in crypto security, having sold nearly 8 million devices and secured about 20% of all digital assets worldwide.
This partnership is designed not only to strengthen our events and experiences at the w3.hub but also to safeguard both our long-time builders and newcomers as we create the future of Web3 together.
We want this to stay community-first. Have an idea for how Ledger could contribute to the w3.hub? Something you'd love to see, learn, or build together?

Celebrate 10 Years of Ethereum at w3.hub
On July 30, 2015, the first Ethereum block was mined and since then, a lot has changed. Ethereum has become the foundation for a global ecosystem of decentralized applications, tools, communities, and ideas.

To mark this milestone, the global Ethereum community is coming together throughout July. Around the world, people are hosting local meetups and celebrations. And we’re joining in right here in Berlin.

Earlier this summer, the Ethereum Foundation was already here with us during Berlin Blockchain Week. Together, we hosted over 200 developers for a full-day workshop. Now, it’s time to look back and celebrate how far we’ve come.

We’ll gather for an informal evening with the local Ethereum and builder community:
Talk about the early days and the road ahead
Reflect on key milestones and projects
Share food, drinks, and good conversation
Celebrate the global network that we’re all part of

Whether you’ve been part of Ethereum since day one, or just joined the ecosystem - you’re invited.

Looking to host a meetup? We’ve got you covered.
Whether it’s a small event, a workshop, or a casual community get-together, our space is open to you, free of charge. Perfect for groups between 5 and 30 people, and easy to book.

Just share your preferred date, a few details about the meetup, and what you’d like to get out of it. We’ll handle the rest and look forward to supporting your community.
