Red carpet out, new events coming in

Ladies and Gentlemen! I promised you last week and now it is happening. New events are here. The snow is finally melting so there are no more excuses. It is time to visit w3.hub at least once a week!

Deep Tech Award 2026

This is for all innovators in Berlin. The Berlin Senate is giving away the Deep Tech Award 2026. You can win 50.000 Euro! You have until February 16th to apply.

If you want to save time or have questions about the award, we have a special event for you. Come to our Q&A session at w3.hub next week to learn more.

Hyperliquid Meetup Vol.2

The year 2025 was all about one ecosystem and that is Hyperliquid. We were proud to host the first meetup in Germany and now we are ready for the second round.

The topic for this event is HIP 3 markets. These markets are the next step toward open and permissionless finance on Hyperliquid. This shifts control from big gatekeepers to the community. Join us to talk about market creation, risk, and innovation.

Solana Coworking Fridays are back

I have more good news for you. Solana Coworking Fridays are back! You can apply to work and network with the Solana community every Friday on our 3rd floor.

What meetup do you want next?

Tell Quinn what you are looking for and he will try to make it happen.

The dream of a festival

The middle of June will be the biggest highlight of the year in Berlin. Preparations for the Berlin Blockchain Festival are moving fast. We have more people working behind the scenes than ever before.

What is getting the most attention right now?

  • The Stablecoin Day: We will show why this is the future of payments. It is about faster and cheaper money for everyone.

  • The Experience: Forget boring conference rooms. We are building a cultural event. It will feel more like Fashion Week than a tech talk.

  • The Service: We are making things easy for you. There will be a shuttle service to connect different locations across the city.

Who is at the top of our wish list right now?

→ Big names that prove Web3 isn't niche: Klarna, PayPal as main sponsors

→ Use cases everyone gets: Payment + prediction markets. Billion-dollar market, millions participating. Kalshi, Polymarket - looking at you

→ Wallet UX debate: Phantom, Solflare vs. MetaMask. Incredible UX, amazing branding

Give your brand a place on the biggest stage of the summer. Be part of the festival!

I have to keep my mouth shut for now. I cannot tell you everything at once! But it will be very cool.

You have a better chance to get more Alpha if you visit us at w3.hub. ;)

New faces on the block

January had a great start with seven new members joining the w3.hub coworking community. I am here to introduce them to you.

We are starting today with Joe LeFever from Sicher Height.

Joe is a crypto OG who has been in the space since 2015. He has lived in Berlin since 2019 and worked in both Web3 and Web2 over the years.

In his own words: "Currently I am working on my blockchain investigation and forensics business. I help victims of scams and theft trace their funds. I would love to connect with people working in security, compliance, or forensics. I am happy to meet anyone else too!"

Give this man a follow on LinkedIn & get to know him better over a coffee at w3.hub.

Never miss an event from us:
