I’m ready to announce...

Community Alpha Part 125

GMGM and welcome to Community Alpha Part 116! w3.hub is about to expand like never before. A mysterious countdown, a launch preview, a completely new brand?

The questions across the community are getting louder by the day.

  • What is about to change? The legacy of w3.hub is transitioning into its next chapter.

  • What can I expect? Funding, go-to-market, and real founder support instead of a cheap AI pivot.

  • What’s happening right now? The takeaway from +300 builders at the Claude Berlin meetup.

The Legacy of w3.hub is Evolving

What started in a renovated 1905 factory building has grown into Berlin’s strongest Web3 community: 110+ active members, 70+ events a year, a network reaching 30,000+ people, and the Berlin Blockchain Festival bringing over 5,000 people to the city.

Over the last 4 years, we built w3.hub into the go-to home base for builders in Berlin. Now, we are expanding further.

Is this the classic, AI pivot? Absolutely not.

We are expanding like never before: bringing strong new partners on board, hosting bigger events, and most importantly, offering real support for founders where it has been missing most: revenue creation, go-to-market execution, and tooling.

Expect fresh energy across all 5 floors and 2,500 m² at Möckernstraße 120. The foundation is set. Now we are building the startups and writing the stories that make Berlin the ultimate place for builders.

Our OG Members and Partners get the first look on August 28th. And from September 1st onwards, we’re turning up the pace: fresh drops, every single day.

Claude Berlin was the beginning

On July 30 we hosted the first official Claude Berlin meetup at w3.hub, together with Navid, Anthropic's official Claude Community Ambassador for Berlin. Full house, around 350 builders in the room.

A practical night about what people are actually building with Claude: real workflows, demos, lessons, open discussion.

It also made the gap obvious: Berlin has the talent, the sharp minds, the founders. What's missing is access to capital, sharper go-to-market, and shared tooling and knowledge.

That's exactly what we're building next. The Claude night was the first taste. Berlin has been mocked too long. That's changing now.

Never miss an event from us:

A new chapter is loading, but our doors remain wide open for everyone who wants to build through the summer. Grab a desk, lock in, and stay tuned for September 1.
