I seriously think this might be our best one yet

Community Alpha Part 78

GMGM and welcome to Community Alpha Part 79 welcome to the newsletter, we cook, you feast, the cycle continues.

  • Wait… did we tell you we built a content studio?

  • Host your meetup for zero. That’s not a typo.

  • The man, the myth, the W machine

  • It’s sunny in Berlin. Close the laptop. Touch grass.

w3.hub got its own content studio

The new podcast/content studio is now open on the first floor of the w3.hub, where Bitvavo recently moved in.

During Berlin Blockchain Week, the space already hosted numerous successful events and proved itself as a vibrant addition to our other 3 floors.

The studio brought to life with the first Cardano Roundtable, it’s already showing what’s possible.

And the best part? It will be open to all w3.hub members. We look forward to seeing more high-quality content emerge from this studio!

We are currently working on a simple booking process and are outlining final details, if you’d like to try it out, feel free to send me a quick DM!

Want to host a meetup? We’ve got space.

If you're planning a small event, workshop, or community hangout, you can use our space for free. It’s easy to book and perfect for groups of 5 to 30 people.

Just drop in your preferred date, meetup details, and what you’re hoping to achieve and we’ll take care of the rest. We look forward to hosting you and supporting your community.

Winning season continues

After taking first place at the Solana European Demo Day, Tristan and his startup Decen Space just won the global Solana Hackathon, securing a $25K prize.

TL;DR on what Decen Space is:

It’s a decentralized network that helps satellites (or spaceships) connect to antennas on the ground, anywhere in the world.

Instead of relying on just a few expensive, centralized ground stations, Decen Space creates a global marketplace where anyone can offer their antenna as part of the network. This makes satellite communication faster, more affordable, and much easier to access.

Want to hear it in his own words? Check out this short interview.

The real secret behind the wins? Community.

At w3.hub, it's not just about working together. We also grow closer through shared moments, especially when the sun’s out in Berlin.

From playing ping pong in the park to having lunch or brunch together, these simple things help us connect, exchange ideas, and support each other.

We believe in building more of that. And we’d love for you to be part of it.

Fuel the community

Managing validators sounds easy until taxes, regulation, and reporting catch up.

With w3.labs, you don’t have to guess. We offer compliant staking infrastructure, built for the EU regulatory landscape.

I honestly have no idea what this means, but it looks important:

Never miss an event from us:

The w3-team sends best regards and good vibes from Berlin <3

That’s it for today, thank you & lfg - w3.hub intern 🫡

PS: What if I told you that something is coming soon that combines the best parts of all the events we've experienced so far…?
